Put much respect on the in-between space of where you are now and where you desire to be. This 'in-between' space is where the necessary transformation and ‘magic’ happen. This space is known as the liminal space, and it's a big deal.
Don't allow it to discourage you. Breakthrough it.
This transitional realm is a necessary phase of the process leading towards a new timeline of growth and expansion, provided that we embrace change.
In class, we'll explore journeying through the liminal space with grace, power, peace, patience, and poise. Hello, equanimity.
The word "equanimity" itself encompasses a sense of calmness and balance that energetically guides us into a heightened state of inner peace, patience, self-awareness, and clarity when going through times of change, challenge, and the unknown. Equanimity sustains and evolves us.
