Working With Flower Essences
Working with flowers is like a lifelong internship; you’re always going to be learning from and benefiting them

How To Take Flower Essences
Flower essences are internal medicine, so you can take them by mouth by taking two drops under your tongue, spraying them in your mouth, or even putting a few drops in your bath.
